The Promise
“I promise to fight like hell so nobody in Michigan’s 4th ever feels invisible again - not our farmers, not our families, not our seniors, not our LQBTQIA+ neighbors, not our veterans, not our workers. I will tackle the real crises hurting our district: the rising cost of living, the shortage of good-paying jobs and healthcare access, and the neglect of our rural communities. I will protect our land from corporate takeovers and reckless data centers, regulate AI so technology serves people instead of replacing them, and make sure every voice - no matter your race, gender, income, or zip code - has real power in Washington.” - Caleb J. Owens
-
Too many people in Michigan’s 4th are getting priced out of everyday life - groceries, gas, housing, utilities, property tax, and childcare. I’ll fight corporate price-gouging, support fair competition, and push policies that raise take-home pay and make life affordable again.
-
Our district needs more jobs that can actually support a family - and healthcare you can reach and afford, whether you live in a city or down a country road. I’ll back worker protections and job growth that stays local, expand rural healthcare access, and strengthen care for seniors and veterans - including mental health.
-
Michigan’s 4th is not for sale. I will oppose reckless data-center expansion and corporate land grabs that threaten farmland, local control, and our water. We can build smart infrastructure without sacrificing our communities.
-
Technology should serve people - not replace workers, invade privacy, or discriminate. I’ll support strong, enforceable federal rules for AI: transparency, safety standards, worker protections, and real accountability for companies that misuse data or harm communities.
-
I’m running to represent every person in this district - every race, every gender, every orientation, every veteran, every worker, every family. That means showing up, listening, and delivering - because government should answer to that people, not donors or corporations.
