Caleb J. Owens is a United States Army Veteran, community leader, and proud Southwest Michigan resident running to represent Michigan’s 4th Congressional District.

Shaped by military service, Caleb understands hard work, sacrifice, and the power of unity. As a devote Christian, community activists, and advocate for working families, he’s focused on lowering costs of living, rebuilding local opportunity, and restoring trust in government.
